phone was DOA and must be reported to us within 7 days of

RETURN POLICY

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Any
merchandise returned without an RMA form & number will be
refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.

An RMA number is your 4 or 5 digit
order number and the product must be in its
original condition
without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box
accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Product must be 100% complete with
all original box(es) and packaging materials, have original UPS
codes on the manufacturer's box(es), manuals, blank warranty
cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the
manufacturer.
Water Damage: We will not
grant any returns or refunds due to water damage on the phone or any
accessories. If your phone has been dropped in water, or has been in
contact with water, the phone has a water sticker and will show red
once water has been in contact.
Warranty is void if the water sticker is removed from the phone.
- All
Replacements and Exchanges can be processed only within 7 days
from when you receive your product.
- All
Returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt.
Product must be in its original
condition without any scratches or damage in the original
manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and
accessories.

DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to
Pricego.org within a 7
day period of receipt of merchandise.
If the customer receives a defective phone or item they must
contact us within 7 days for instructions on returning their
item for an exchange.

If a new phone is received defective,
- All
NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% Penalty.
- Any
returns (Defective, Non-defective returns) not returned in
"Like New Condition"
including missing the original box, packaging material, contents
accessories or manuals are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with
any missing parts and/or accessories. After 14 day period, all
manufacturers’ warranties apply.

The Customer pays shipping for all returns to Pricego.org.

Pricego.org recommends
you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or
damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of
delivery for your protection since
Pricego.org will not be
responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.

Expected turn-around-time for all exchanges is 4 business days
from the day we receive the product back. Although
Pricego.org will strive
to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of
inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay
the process.
- For
replacements, Pricego.org
ships back to the Customer via Ground service in the continental
US.
- All
claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error
must be made within the first 7 days of arrival.

RMA number must be visible on
all return shipment’s label or may be refused and returned back
to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in
returning package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For
credits or refunds on returns, the latest prices less
shipping/handling charges will apply.

Physical damage will void all warranties.
- Under
no condition will Pricego.org
cross-ship any item.

Pricego.org reserves the
right to swap with the equivalent product for all replacements
and exchanges in the event
Pricego.org is in unable situation to supply with the
same products.

20%
restocking fee applies to any cancelled order that has
been shipped from our warehouse.
DEFECTIVE
CELLULAR PHONES RETURN POLICY.
Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable
provided that the unit has less than thirty minutes and is within a
period of seven days from the date of the received delivery. The
item must be in original factory condition including all packaging
materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and
all accessories.
Pricego
guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support.
Pricego is not responsible for the settings of the phones browser,
Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture sending or any other network
related setup other than the voice feature. If you setup the phone
properly, you will have all the feature working on the phone.
For additional
setup instruction please contact your current phone service provider
or look for instruction on www.howardforum.com. There will be no
refund or exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, mms, sms,
gprs, wap or any other internet related setup except the voice
feature.
If you make a
purchase and the product does not receive service in your area, we
will offer refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee
.
PLEASE NOTE:

Before returning any product us, you first MUST remember
your order number is your RMA number. Any returns mailed to
us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice
and automatically returned.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and
insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not
accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you
will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase
price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts
fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our
acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition.

Promotion Items: All
promotion items should be returned with original packaging.
Returns received without these items will result in a
deduction of advertised price of the promotion item at the
time of purchase.
